Hi Everyone,

I thought we might add a competition page to out wiki. We often get competitions in the mail and this way you can choose to enter them as you wish.
If you decide that you want to enter a competition, let me know you are working on it. I will help you in any way I can.
Here is the first one....

The Whitlam Institute 2011 What Matters? Competition.

What Matters? is a writing competition that gives year 5-12 students in NSW and the ACT a chance to say what matters to them in society today. What actions do you think should be taken to build a better society? What would you change if you could? What do you want other people to care about?

Does this sound like a persuasive text to you !!!!

How to Enter....
Write a 400-600 word opinion piece on what matters to you an why. Entries must be tyoed on A4 paper and include a title and your name. One entry per student.
